About This Event
Join Finding Purpose Outdoors for our monthly fishing trip! Lakes in the Tyler, TX area. All gear, bait, and tackle provided. Open to veterans, active duty, Gold Star families, first responders, and medical professionals. Come fish, connect, and find purpose.
What to Expect
- Guided experience with experienced Pro Staff
- All gear and equipment provided
- Meals and refreshments throughout the day
- Transportation from meeting point to activity grounds
- Small group size for personalized experience
- Photography to capture your adventure
What to Bring
- Valid Texas hunting license (we can help you get one)
- Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy boots
- Personal medications
- Positive attitude and willingness to connect
- Sunscreen and hat (West Texas sun is no joke)
Event Schedule
- 4:00 AM Meet at designated staging area
- 4:30 AM Safety briefing and gear distribution
- 5:00 AM Depart for activity grounds
- 5:30 AM Activity begins
- 10:00 AM Break for lunch and fellowship
- 11:00 AM Afternoon session
- 2:00 PM Wrap-up, photos, and debrief
- 3:00 PM Return to staging area
